Faithful in the Small

“He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much.” –Lk 16:10

How we handle small responsibilities is a great predictor of how we’ll handle larger opportunities.

If we’re diligent and faithful in areas that seem small and unimportant, there’s a great chance we’ll do the same when the stakes are higher. The issue is not so much “what” we’re doing at any given moment, but “how” we’re doing it, because “how” we do something speaks to our character and who we are on the inside. And it’s who we are inwardly that is going to inevitably affect everything we do, regardless of the size or apparent significance of the task.
