It’s one thing to say I believe something—whether it be about a situation, or a person, or how the world works, or life in general—but it’s another thing to live and act and make decisions as if what I say I believe is actually true. And between the two, actions are a much better indicator of what we really believe, whether we realize it or not.
If our actions were the only way we could communicate, what message would they be sending? Are they congruent with what we say we believe, or is there a disconnect somewhere along the way?
