Yesterday, I mentioned the responsibility that comes with being a leader. But this applies to far more people that just those with the title of ‘leader.’ In fact, anyone in a position of influence—whether it be coaches or teachers or mentors or parents—also have greater responsibility due to the influence they wield.
When we influence others—whether through our words or actions—we share responsibility for those things we influenced them toward. Which means it’s important to use our influence wisely, whether we have a title or not.
