Results are important. But so is how we achieve them.

It’s one thing to be successful through diligence, hard work, and providing value to others. It’s another to do so by compromising what we say we stand for—whether through questionable dealings, or by knowingly taking advantage of others.

Both what we do and how we do it matter. The way we do what we do points to the kind of character we have on the inside. And it’s who we become on the inside that ultimately determines ‘success.’
