For an individual, this includes being aware of what’s taking place in our own lives as well as the world around us. And what we discover provides us with the opportunity to test what we believe, and to make changes based on the evidence we find.
This seeking, this testing, this growth is an ongoing process–a never-ending journey. And of course the journey has its costs.
So the question becomes, is the value of knowing the truth, and making decisions in light of it, worth the effort of seeking it out? And that’s a question each one of us must answer for himself.
