When we have a goal for the future, it can be tempting to jump straight to the how: How are we going to get there? How are we going to do it?

Because getting clear on the why can help us through those days or seasons when things aren’t going as planned, or when we’re tempted to give up. It can give us the motivation to keep moving forward, even if we have to reassess the details of how we’re going to do so.
