In life, we get what we tolerate.
When we tolerate something that should be changed, we’re just making it more difficulty for that change to take place. Whether the change needs to happen internally or externally, sometimes we need to say “enough is enough.” Sometimes discipline may be required. Since toleration presents no pressure to change, putting up with something only serves to make it more permanent.
So if something needs to be addressed, address it. Simply putting up with it only makes it more likely that it will continue.
